Ghent 2017 - 18th Symposium of the Belgian Society for Nuclear Medicine
Welcome to the homepage of the 18th Symposium of the Belgian Society for Nuclear Medicine, taking place in Ghent on 5-7 May 2017.
The bi-annual Symposium of the Belgian Society for Nuclear Medicine (BELNUC) is the most import Belgian scientific meeting for all who are actively working and performing research in the field of nuclear medicine . The conference is the scientific place to be for physicians, technologists, radiopharmacists, radiochemists, physicists, engineers and biomedical scientists working in nuclear medicine.
There will be four different types of sessions:
- Radiochemistry and radiopharmacy
- Physics and engineering
The program consists of a mix of invited lecutres by a distinghuised faculty and high quality research abstract. The youngest members of our community will compete for the traditional Belnuc award, rewarding the best case reports.
On Saturday evening all attendees are invited to a gala dinner on the banks of the Leie river, a few minutes walking distance from the congress venue and our hotel partners
All activities will take place in the historical center of Ghent, wit hotels, congress venue and dinner venue just a few minutes walking in the shadow of Ghent's iconic three towers.
