The COVID-19 pandemic is now undeniably affecting Belgium, with far-reaching consequences for hospitals and nuclear medicine departments. While some attention has been given to radiology departments, little guidance is available for how nuclear medicine departments should react to the COVID-19 crisis. In a recent paper, colleagues from London provide a brief break-down of essential recommendations to be considered to safeguard the health of nuclear medicine staff and ensure continuity of care.
