This paper, from the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center, presents the results of a systematic literature review of the incidence of therapy-related myeloid neoplasm (t-MNN) as a potential long-term and frequently lethal adverse event after PRRT. 7334 patients treated with PRRT (Lu177 and Y90 mixed up) were included in the analysis.  It was found that the incidence of t-MN was variable between studies with mean (SD) incidence of 2.61% (4.38%).
