Our unique setup of pop-up booths at Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC) offers up to 1000m² available for our industry partners. In order to maximize interaction with participants, exhibitor booths will be positioned in close proximity to the centrally located catering area.

Regarding shipping of small amounts the following rules apply:
- Shipping is allowed from May 11, 2025
- Mention following statement on the shipment: “BELNUC’25 – Exhibitor Name – Booth Number – Event Coordinator Maaike Mertens.
- Shipping allowed only during office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- All shipment must be taken away immediately after dismantling.
- The BMCC is not responsible for damage, theft, or incorrect delivery/pick-up.

Saturday: 09:00 – 18:30
Sunday: 09:30 – 11:30
Setup/Dismantling:
Setup: May 16, 2025 from 10:30am to 06:30pm
Dismantling: May 18, 2025 from 11:30am onwards
